- Who is delivering my order?
If you're in the UK your order will be shipped with Royal Mail.

If you're outside the UK (international) your order will be shipped with Royal Mail.

- How long will my order take to arrive?

If you're in the UK your order will take 2 - 3 working days from the dispatch date to arrive.

If you're outside the UK (international) your order will take 5 - 7 working days from the dispatch date to arrive.

- Will my order have a tracking number?

Yes! You'll be able to track your order via HERE using the tracking number.

The tracking number can be found within the dispatch confirmation for your order.

- Why haven't I received my order yet?

Issues or disruptions within the postal services can delay your order. Remember to keep an eye on your tracking number.

- Why aren't you shipping to my country?
Right now this online shop is fresh! Please contact me at MOLLYPUKES@GMAIL.COM if you're unable to check out and I'll double check :-)

- No refund or exchanges

Unfortunately, I'm not accepting refunds or returns at this time.

Every product is designed + created by me!

Books are printed in the UK.
